Types of content will include roundups, best lists, news stories, product odes, deals roundups, and new product spotlights.

Digiflix Digital is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Software Engineer to join our Front End Team working on digiflixdigital.com and the pages and websites that surround it. It will be your responsibility to lead the delivery of high-profile and impactful features that will be seen and used by millions of users worldwide.
First point of contact for all our retailer partners· Meeting with and pitching new direct partnerships to retailers· Onboarding new retailers· Securing higher commission rates and better deal terms· Executing our paid program products· Build, manage, and maintain partnership development workflows and tracking· Communicate retailer opportunities and changes to the Digiflix Digital Shopping editorial team
Hands-on production and organizing of visual projects from start to publish· Plan, design, and produce graphics for Omnichannel promotion of eCommerce content. This can include simple static images to motion graphics to interactive content.· Produce clean, functional designs for websites, social media, email, and other digital outlets.· Take design direction and create options to test performance.· The ability to work under tight deadlines, pressure, and on multiple projects at once· Work with the creative team to archive projects to produce and file digital assets/organize accordingly
· Maintaining the full lifecycle of a Programmatic Guaranteed campaign (includes daily interaction with clients, DSPs, and agencies)· Generate reporting analysis to better optimize and execute strategy and best practices and collaborate findings with peers· Assist with day-to-day campaign performance management including pacing, troubleshooting, and optimizations across all campaigns for maximum revenue generation· Respond to various media inquiries – building and managing relationships with external partners· Lead client and partner communications around operational and performance areas as needed· Assist in the development of client-facing campaign performance reports· Help identify new opportunities, and present recommendations for growth (i.e. new technologies, improved optimization, ad placement audits, etc.).
Proven deep topic expertise· Bring a loyal following· Demonstrate experience and interest in newsletters and reader conversion to subscriptions· Able to identify and write and edit compelling subject lines and newsletter copy to drive strong engagement· Ability to use data to guide content decisions· Excited to steer timely and compelling newsletters based on news and trends that align with Hum Ek Madhyam audiences· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and matrixed organization· Highly adaptable and quick to learn processes.
